The Role

- Develop and implement AI strategies aligned to business objectives
- Lead AI pilot projects from the Chairman's Office before scaling them company-wide
- Work closely with ERP and technology teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and continuously refine approaches as the landscape evolves
What We're Looking For
You're curious, collaborative, and genuinely excited about what AI can do:
- A degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in AI or digital transformation
- A natural communicator who works well across teams and functions
- Self-motivated with a genuine passion for learning and continuous growth
