1. 工作內容 :
(1) 使用 AI Agent 軟體開發：善用 AI Agent、Coding Agent 與各類生成式 AI 工具進行軟體開發，能運用 AI Agent 快速完成 Prototype、POC 與實際系統功能，將想法快速轉化為可落地的數位化應用
(2) 製鞋領域 AI 應用開發 : 結合 LLM、RAG、Workflow、API、資料庫與既有系統，開發製鞋領域的 AI 應用與智慧化系統
2. 學歷要求 : 大學, 電機 / 資訊 / 機械 / 自動化 等工學院 / 資電學院 或 統計 / 應數相關科系
3. 經歷要求 : 須具備軟體開發、機器學習、AI 服務任一項1 年以上工作經驗或有以下任一經驗。
- AI Coding Agent、Agentic Development 或 AI-assisted Software Development 經驗
- vLLM、SGLang、Ollama、Transformers 等地端 LLM 佈署經驗
- Docker、Linux、API、Backend、Database 開發經驗
- Frontend / Full-stack 開發經驗
4. 外語能力 : 英文聽說讀寫中等, 可閱讀 AI 技術文件 (如 : API docs、開源 frameworks、模型研究報告、相關論文)。
