AISB-1014 Senior Java Full-Stack Developer
Summary
Senior Java full-stack developer joining a large-scale business transformation program in Belgium: developing, modernizing and refactoring Java business applications, building REST/SOAP services and microservices, and working in Agile/Scrum with Java, Spring, JPA/Hibernate, CI/CD and container tooling.
We are looking for a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to join a large-scale business transformation program and strengthen an experienced development team.
You will contribute to the development, modernization, refactoring and greenfield delivery of business applications, working closely with technical leads, architects, analysts and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Java business applications.
- Design and develop REST/SOAP web services and application components.
- Contribute to architecture and technical design.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and technical working groups.
- Contribute to testing, documentation, deployment and continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor junior developers when required.
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–7+ years of Java development experience, ideally full-stack.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Spring, Spring Security, Spring Batch, JPA/Hibernate.
- Experience with REST/SOAP, Microservices, SOA and CQRS.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, Selenium/Cypress, CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Maven, Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Git/SVN, Sonar.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and complex multi-system environments.
- Ability to quickly understand existing code and deliver pragmatic solutions.
Nice to have: Kafka, Talend, ZK, Oracle.

- English: active professional knowledge.
