Your project will help us decrease the number of claims, which increases both customer satisfaction and team satisfaction. How will you do this? - You will learn how the team works by observing daily activities and talking to colleagues; - You will map out different work processes and identify opportunities for improvement; - You will explore how data and AI tools can make our daily work easier and provide better insights; - You will work with our databases and Microsoft applications and investigate recurring questions, topics, and patterns; - You will translate your findings into clear and visual insights, for example through analyses, dashboards, or other creative solutions; - You will have the freedom to come up with your own ideas and develop them further during your internship; - You will get the chance to not just come up with a project or idea, but to complete it from start to finish. Your profile You are: - Currently pursuing a technical Bachelor's degree with a focus on or affinity for Data, AI, IT, or process improvement; - Interested in data analytics, AI, and digital tools and enjoy exploring how new technologies can be applied to practical business challenges; - Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
