【安全部】副理 Assistant Security Manager

1. 協助規劃與執行年度安全消防防護計畫，支援維護飯店公共安全，並協助執行防火管理人相關作業。
2. 協助緊急及突發事件之預防與演練，擔任第一線突發事件處理指揮，並落實後續的通報與紀錄，協助主管確保風險降至最低。
3. 負責安全部人員排班，並督導與執行日常值班、巡邏等勤務，帶領團隊確保酒店各區域受到嚴密監控與保護。
4. 協助各項安全作業須知之編制與修訂，落實現場稽核，並確保現場作業符合政府相關機關之法律規範。
5. 協助辦理飯店員工安全相關教育訓練，並負責安全部內部同仁之日常培訓，提升全體員工的安全意識與應變能力。
6. 督導所有安全部人員及協助酒店員工遵守集團政策與程序（P&P）和保安程序，維持高品質的安全標準。
7. 協助部門預算編列與成本控制，有效管理安全部排班以管控加班等人事費用，並監督各項安全硬體設備之維修保養與盤點，避免資源浪費。

Safety & Fire Prevention Planning
Plans and executes the annual fire safety and protection plan.
Maintains hotel public safety and executes duties related to the Fire Safety Manager role.
Executes the prevention, drills, and handling of emergency and unexpected incidents.
Ensures rigorous reporting, documentation, and follow-up tracking to minimize operational risks.

Operational Supervision
Supervises and executes security duties, including duty shifts and patrols, to ensure all hotel areas are strictly monitored and protected.
Responsible for establishing safety operating instructions and ensuring timely reporting to government authorities in compliance with legal requirements.

Safety Training & Education
Conducts safety-related education and training for all hotel employees to enhance general safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
Ensures all security personnel and hotel staff comply with Group P&P (Policies & Procedures) and security protocols, maintaining high-level security standards.

Accountability
This position reports directly to the General Manager. The Security Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the hotel's security defense and fire safety systems, ensuring the safety of the operating environment and regulatory compliance. This role plays a vital part in risk management, crisis intervention, and brand reputation protection.
