Responsibilities The Opportunity This role supports SOCO growth through Innovation, Pack Price and the PEP+ Calendar. As Associated Analyst, the position ensures timely and high-quality delivery of the Innovation & Commercialization pipeline, coordinating cross-functional teams and engaging with Brand Managers (L8+) and leadership across R&D, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance and others. Key responsibilities include leading Big Bets (Multipacks, Tostitos, Portfolio of the Future), managing timelines, risks and resources under the Stage-Gate process, and driving execution across marketing, sales, R&D and supply chain. The role also contributes to transforming the Innovation process into a more strategic, agile and digital journey, aligning with PMOs to unify projects for efficiency and cost avoidance. The professional must demonstrate resilience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from simple changes to breakthrough initiatives, ensuring accurate Innovation forecasting and maximizing project success pre- and post-launch. Your Impact Lead cross-functional team during the projects development with full understanding of the process based on the priorities defined and the category strategy Contribute in AOP process (by leading Hopper, Idea Refinement, and Initial Feasibility) defining launch dates, capacity, capability and investment requirements, aligned with the multifunctional team Lead project planning, multifunctional team follow up and daily management, including risks assessments and issue troubleshooting; Coordinate multifunctional team and ensure clear flow of communications between the team, making sure that the extended team is well informed about any decisions of stopping or scope changing of any innovation and commercial change project. Provide direction and support; Support preparation of monthly Cheetah Meeting to ensure Gate presentation and inno tracking, assuring TSG in partnership with R&D Guarantee 100% innovation in My Innovation (innovation software) including key deliverables Coordinate multiple projects across functions and align other PMOs to organize several areas for efficiency, agility and cost avoidance In charge of the Innovation forecasting process to assure the highest possible accuracy and alignment within PEP áreas and customers Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Project leadership skills, successful handling of situations/projects in a multifunctional environment; Process management expertise, auto-motivated for continuous improvement. Agile mindset and driven for results; Ability to operate within a multifunctional matrix. Resilience, team work, organized and highly responsible; Good negotiation and influencing skills. Interpersonal abilities. Structured, Proactive and multi-tasking; Ideally: Deep knowledge of PepsiCo’s Make/Move/Sell capability; Knowledge of ideation & consumer insights; Ideally familiar to basic Marketing skills and the ability to understand brand´s concepts, positioning, etc; Proficient use of Excel, Power Point, and Copilot.
