Analog RF and Mixed Mode IC Designer

Key Responsibilities (at least one of the following **):

• Design of RF building blocks: synthesizer, LNA, PA, mixer
• Design of analog or digital filter circuits
• Design of ADC, DAC, and amplifier circuits
• Supervise and verify layout
• Design, verify, optimize, debug, and document circuit blocks and transceivers
• Test and debug circuit designs

Preferred Skills and Qualifications (not all required **):

• Understanding of discrete-time and continuous-time signal processing
• Experience with behavioral modeling (Matlab, Verilog, or Verilog-A)
• Knowledge of CMOS device and inductor modeling
• Awareness of layout and packaging effects such as crosstalk and power noise
• Experience in IC testing and debugging
• Familiarity with Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre RF, and EM simulation tools
