Analyst / Associate - Institutional Sales (Mandarin Speaking)
You will work alongside senior commercial officers and own a book of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients. You will prospect, qualify, and manage deals end-to-end, coordinate onboarding with operations and compliance, and maintain accurate CRM records. You will prepare client-facing materials, attend industry events to source opportunities, and track market and competitor signals to inform sales activity.
Responsibilities
- Support VPs and senior institutional sales across the full sales cycle
- Own a portfolio of smaller and mid-sized institutional clients to drive activation retention and wallet share
- Prepare client-facing materials including pitch decks proposals and RFP responses
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and HubSpot CRM accuracy and produce weekly pipeline activity and revenue reports
- Coordinate with product client operations compliance and legal to advance onboarding
- Attend industry conferences networking events and client meetings to generate pipeline
- Track market intelligence competitor activity and feed insights back to stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales business development client coverage or comparable client-facing role at a financial institution crypto firm or fintech
- Solid grounding in crypto and traditional finance concepts and comfortable discussing custody wallets staking and tokenization
- Highly comfortable with AI tools (e.g. Claude) and Google Workspace for outreach administrative tasks and deliverables
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and fluency in Mandarin
- Willingness to attend conferences industry events and networking functions
- Highly organized detail-oriented and self-driven
- Hong Kong-based and able to work full-time
