Analyst, Global Partner Programs

Summary

Builds and maintains AI tools that analyze partner feedback, automate workflows, and generate insights for Oracle’s Global Partner Programs, ensuring data accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Role purpose

Drives seamless cross-functional collaboration to execute Partner Success Programs and improvement initiatives. Functions and teams that contribute to Partner Success include Alliance Managers, Channel Sales, GCO, LCS, Enablement, Product, Support and ACS/APS.

This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining the AI toolset that supports Partner Success efficiency and effectiveness. Effective collaboration across the organization and utilization of AI enables Partner Success to scale with a relatively lean, dedicated team.

Core responsibilities

  • Own the source of truth datasets, dashboards and knowledge repositories for Global Partner Programs spanning the Partner Lifecycle (Need to confirm existing sources of truth and Project Lens impact)

  • Design, maintain, and improve AI-enabled workflows that summarize partner feedback, synthesize governance inputs, identify recurring issues, draft first-pass status updates, and surface risks or trends.

  • Partner with the Global Partner Programs Lead to define what should be automated, what should be human-reviewed, and what requires leadership judgment.

  • Convert partner feedback, PSM notes, listening session themes, support issues, enablement activity, and program data into structured insights and recommended actions.

  • Maintain the taxonomy, prompts, templates, tagging logic, and quality standards used by AI tools to support Partner Success operations.

  • Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance, tone, confidentiality, and business judgment before they are used in leadership materials or partner-facing contexts.

  • Support governance board reporting by assembling data inputs, summarizing themes, identifying decisions needed, tracking action items, and monitoring follow-through.

  • Identify process gaps, data quality issues, inconsistent ownership, and recurring partner friction points that require cross-functional resolution.

  • Build repeatable partner insight products such as partner health summaries, readiness snapshots, tier progression views, issue trend summaries, and partner feedback themes.

  • Support partner self-service improvements by identifying common partner questions, content gaps, navigation issues, and opportunities for AI-assisted partner guidance.

  • Help measure whether Partner Success initiatives are improving partner capability, readiness, experience, and outcomes.

Success profile / competencies

  • Strong analytical, operational, and systems-thinking skills.

  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, synthesis, knowledge management, reporting, or business operations.

  • Ability to structure messy qualitative and quantitative inputs into usable insights.

  • Strong data stewardship mindset, including data quality, taxonomy, governance, and source-of-truth discipline.

  • Strong written communication and ability to produce executive-ready summaries with human judgment.

  • Comfort working across multiple functions and translating business questions into data, workflow, or AI-enabled solutions.

  • Ability to distinguish between AI-assisted efficiency and decisions that require human ownership.

  • Partner operations, business operations, enablement operations, customer success operations, or SaaS program experience preferred.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $61,900 to $101,700 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from $31.35 to $63.65 per hour; from: $65,200 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
