Analyst performing IAM user administration, provisioning, and access reviews using Active Directory, SailPoint, and ServiceNow. The role involves managing user lifecycles, incident response, and MI reporting with PowerBI within a 17x5 rotational shift schedule.
Job Purpose
Identity Access Management User Administration.
Responsibilities
- Primary role of Analyst is performing application administration and Active Directory.
User provisioning and De-provisioning. User life-cycle management, performing certifications, Access Reviews and terminations, etc., - Knowledge on group policies and types of accounts.
- Knowledge on Identity Access Management governance and provisioning tools like SailPoint, Active Directory and Service Now.
- Incident Response to security incidents and take appropriate action to secure user identities and access.
- Knowledge of common Information Security Management frameworks, Access Control Standards.
- Strong understanding of Policies, Compliance, Security Operations and Processes.
Knowledge and Experience
- Good Communications skills.
- Experience in IT Security for at least 3 years.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels within organization.
- Understanding on cloud access management.
- MI reporting skill set like PowerBI.etc.
- Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with focus on timeliness, documentation, and communications with peers and business users alike.
Education
- Graduate in any stream but need to have IT knowledge.
Shift hours
- Roster will be assigned for two months at a time based on business requirements.
- Flexible to work in 17x5 rotational shifts.
