- Hands-on fluency with LLMs, prompt workflows, agent frameworks, RAG / knowledge layers, MCPs or tool use, and human-in-the-loop review patterns
- Practical experience with Python, Excel, APIs, and CSV / XLSX workflows
- Ability to design baseline checks, anomaly detection, output validation, reproducibility checks, and audit trails for research and client-ready outputs
- Basic understanding and interest in financial services, digital solutions, innovations and related macro trends
