Analyst Programmer

Due to our business expansion, we are seeking high-potential talents and professionals to join our team. We are currently hiring for the following positions:

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain responsive Web applications, Mobile Apps, and secure backend APIs.

• Analyze user requirements, translate functional specifications into detailed system design, database schemas, and program specifications.

• Actively incorporate Generative AI tools (e.g., AI coding assistants, automated test generators, prompt workflows) into daily development to accelerate delivery and elevate code quality.

• Continuously explore and introduce new frontend/backend tools, open-source libraries, and modern development techniques to enhance team efficiency and user experience.

• Refactor and optimize existing systems and legacy codebases to improve maintainability, performance, security, and scalability.

• Collaborate with Supervisor and cross-functional peers to define API interfaces, integrate 3rd-party services (such as payment gateways), and manage database triggers/stored procedures.

• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain clear technical documentation.

• Assist in troubleshooting production issues, providing level-2/3 technical support, and preparing reporting solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack Web and/or Mobile App development.

• Proficient in modern Web/App technologies (e.g., JavaScript, PHP).

• Solid relational database skills (MSSQL, MySQL) including query optimization, stored procedures, and schema design.

• Hands-on familiarity with Generative AI development tools for coding, debugging, test scripting, and refactoring.

• Open-minded, curious, and proactive in experimenting with and adopting new development tools, SDKs, and automation workflows.

• Familiarity with Git version control, RESTful API integrations, and payment gateway implementations.

• Experience with mobile responsive design, modern UI frameworks, and reporting engines/BI tools is a distinct advantage.

• Strong self-motivation, logical thinking, and good teamwork communication skills.
