Analyst Programmer / Junior System Analyst

Are you a proactive developer ready to work with core enterprise systems and modern technology like AI automation and Headless CMS? We are seeking a motivated Analyst Programmer / Junior System Analyst to maintain, enhance, and innovate our corporate digital platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Application Maintenance & Enhancements: Assist in maintaining, debugging, and enhancing corporate web applications (C# / ASP.NET / MS SQL Server) under the guidance of senior team members.

• API Development & Integration: Develop and test RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between legacy backend modules, new frontend platforms, and Headless CMS (Strapi).

• Vendor & Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager by reviewing vendor deliverables, performing initial code sanity checks, and preparing system integration testing (SIT/UAT) environments.

• AI & Workflow Automation Exploration: Help evaluate and implement light AI automation tools (e.g., n8n, Dify, LLM integrations) to streamline internal administrative workflows.

• Security & Performance Monitoring: Assist in basic web maintenance tasks, including performance monitoring and configuring standard rules on Cloudflare/firewall platforms.

• Documentation & Technical Support: Maintain accurate technical specifications, system flowcharts, and clear API documentation, while offering level-2 technical support for internal business systems.

Requirements

• Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in web application development. (Energetic fresh graduates with strong project portfolios or relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.)

• Technical Skills:

  • Fundamental proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and relational database queries (MS SQL Server).

  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and basic web architectures.

• Bonus / Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

  • Exposure to modern Headless CMS (e.g., Strapi) or modern frontend frameworks.

  • Interest or basic hands-on familiarity with AI concepts, automation tools (n8n, Dify), or open-source LLMs.

  • Basic knowledge of web security fundamentals (e.g., HTTPS, basic Cloudflare usage).

• Soft Skills:

  • Fast learner with strong curiosity about new technologies.

  • Responsible team player with good problem-solving capabilities.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
