Pay\:

HK$42,259 – HK$64,518 (HGPS Point 17 - 26) per month including Monthly Allowance

Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.

Key Responsibilities\:

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for innovation and the ability to deliver high-quality IT services. This role is critical in driving the development and implementation of IT projects that enhance our operational efficiency and service delivery.

1. IT Service Delivery\: Responsible for the delivery of cluster IT services focusing on Innovation and System Development.

2. Project Development\: Assist the team manager in the design, development, and implementation of IT projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

3. Process Improvement\: Participate in process transformation initiatives and service improvement programs to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.

4. Supervision\: Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and best practices in their daily operations.

5. Quality Assurance\: Conduct quality assurance reviews in accordance with established guidelines to ensure system reliability and performance.

6. Additional Duties\: Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.

7. After Hours Support\: Provide technical support outside of regular office hours as needed.

Requirements\:

1. Degree in computer science or relevant disciplines; or equivalent.

2. 4 years' post qualification Information Technology (IT) related experience *

* Relevant experience gained in HA may be considered as equivalent to post-qualification experience.

Preferred Attributes / Exposure\:

1. Technical Skills\: Proficiency in technologies such as ReactJS, Docker, OpenShift, JIRA, Jenkins, Git, Redis, PostgreSQL, Chatbot, AI, C#, .NET, and Big Data Analytics.

2. Full Stack Proficiency\: Strong understanding of both front-end and back-end development.

3. Innovative Mindset\: A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.

4. Self-Motivated\: Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure while managing multiple tasks.

5. Communication Skills\: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
