Summary
Build and run the analyst-relations function for an AI-driven developer tools startup, shaping its market narrative and securing Gartner/Forrester coverage.
You will build the analyst relations function for ElevenAgents in North America. You will shape the category narrative, prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries, manage briefings and communications, develop relationships with Gartner Forrester and IDC, and help pursue Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave inclusion.
Responsibilities
- Build the analyst relations function
- Shape the category narrative for multiple product lines
- Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries and briefings
- Build an analyst communications cadence
- Develop Gartner Forrester and IDC coverage
- Pursue Gartner Magic Quadrant inclusion
- Pursue Forrester Wave inclusion
- Work with Growth Research and Field Deployment Engineering teams
Requirements
- Experience running or building an analyst relations function
- Experience in enterprise software AI or CX and contact center technology
- Hands-on experience with Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave processes
- Ability to shape category narrative across multiple product lines
- Ability to prepare executives and technical leads for analyst briefings
- Experience with agentic AI voice AI or conversational AI is a bonus
