From predictive machine learning and computer vision to Generative and Agentic AI, we choose the right approach for the challenge at hand. That is where you come in. Join the CUO AI Spoke, “The Incredibles,” within Transformation Excellence. As part of CUO’s central AI team, you will have a broad view of AI initiatives across the business unit and work closely with business, data and technology teams. Your mission? Help CUO get the most out of AI by shaping the right priorities, turning opportunities into real solutions, and building the foundations for AI to scale. Tasks description As an Analytics Translator, you combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to move AI initiatives from opportunity to impact. You help stakeholders define their ambitions and priorities, shape initiatives from discovery to scale, and strengthen the foundations needed for sustainable AI adoption. As part of the CUO AI Spoke, you benefit from a 360° view of AI initiatives across the business unit. You use this perspective to connect initiatives and expertise, promote the reuse of common components and best practices, and contribute to a coherent and scalable AI transformation across CUO. In your role as an Analytics Translator, your responsibilities will cover: Strategy (20%): You support stakeholders in their transformation towards an AI-driven organization by helping them shape the long-term vision while advising on short-term priorities. Building on the AI Spoke’s cross-CUO view, you identify opportunities for alignment, reuse and collaboration across initiatives. You identify systemic AI foundation gaps across data, knowledge, roles, process and culture, and to steer these toward structural solutions, in collaboration with the central AI hub. Delivery (60%): You lead AI initiatives from discovery to the pilot decision, helping the business decide whether to scale them or stop early, and ensuring a smooth handover to the core teams responsible for deployment, scaling and monitoring. Acting as the bridge between business experts, data scientists and delivery stakeholders, you translate business needs into clear AI requirements, support data maturation and coordinate iterative development through MVPs. You balance time-to-market with business impact, identify AI-specific risks and ensure that the appropriate governance processes and experts are involved. AI Literacy Innovation (20%): You strengthen the AI community within our business unit by demystifying AI, breaking down silos and fostering collaboration. Together with the AI Champions community, you help boost the AI literacy plan and share knowledge and best practices. You also contribute to the evolution of the team by exploring new technologies, introducing effective ways of working and drawing inspiration from peers, competitors and your own ideas.
