Android Developer
Description
- Feature Development: Design and build Android features from requirements, with attention to usability, maintainability, and reliability.
- Problem Solving: Investigate complex bugs, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize execution, memory usage, rendering, network calls, and application responsiveness.
- Data Security: Implement secure authentication, session handling, local data storage, and API communication.
- Reliability: Handle network failures, concurrent operations, application lifecycle changes, and interrupted workflows without data loss or corruption.
- Code Quality: Write clean, modular, testable code; review existing implementations and reduce technical debt.
- Ownership: Take responsibility for features from design and development through testing, deployment, and production support.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, backend developers, and implementation teams to solve real hospital workflow challenges.
