Job Description
Mandatory Skills: React Native, Android Studio, Firebase, Jetpack Compose
About the role
We're building one codebase that ships as multiple branded apps on iOS and Android and web. You'd be writing product code, raising the bar on architecture and tests, and reviewing others' work. It's a small team, so you own features end to end — from the API layer through the UI to the build that lands in TestFlight and the stores.
What you'll work on:
* Product features across the app's screens, hooks, stores and API services
* Keeping the shared codebase clean while it powers multiple brands and tenants
* The test suite and the CI/CD pipeline that builds and distributes the app
* Native build and release concerns: Expo prebuild, Gradle, Fastlane, TestFlight, Play Store, Firebase App Distribution
Required skills:
* React Native + Expo
* TypeScript
* State and data
* Forms and validation
* Styling
* Testing, as a habit not a chore
* Both native platforms in practice
* Git and CI discipline
Nice to have:
* GitHub Actions, Fastlane, Gradle signing, release automation
* Mobile observability (New Relic), crash triage, performance profiling
* Offline-first and secure local storage (SecureStore, biometrics, push notifications)

* You read the existing code and follow its conventions instead of importing your own
* You write down the non-obvious decision, so the next person doesn't rediscover it
* You give direct, specific code review — and take it the same way
