Where you come in:

• You will be integral in Finance transformation. Plotting the foundation – back to basics.
• You will be a trusted partner of APAC region and management team.
• You will be an active participant in meetings and ensure that financial implications are understood by the team.
• You will be business partnering on APAC Functions (e.g. MARCOM, BD&S and Korea for interim)
• You will deliver timely, accurate and insightful management reports as required by the business.
• You will provide competitive analysis, external benchmarking, customer and channel analysis that aims at identifying business & financial opportunities and risks, driving development of action plans
• You will perform detailed financial analysis including financial modelling, profitability analysis, monitoring business issues and impact to bottom line.
• You will assist in preparing executive and internal management reporting packages, including analytical review and associated commentary.
• You will work with finance team across the APAC region and ensure timely, accurate and meaningful analysis of the business and all submissions are on time
• You will support the annual Budget, Strategic Plan and monthly forecasts of the financials of the company leveraging BI tools to increase accuracy and reliability of data
• You will support the Global and Regional functions
• You will support growing the region in line with the strategic objectives.

• You are a process-oriented thinker with an organization level detail perspective
• You have the ability to review, comprehend, analyze, and interpret requests, concepts, documents, etc.
• You have the fundamental understanding of master data maintenance
• You have proven record of handling standardized processes
• You have technical aptitude to include Excel, Oracle ERP (or equivalent) and broad awareness of other analytical tools
• You have demonstrated ability to structure and conduct analyses to generate insight and recommendations
