APGM - Total Rewards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, and/or Payroll, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation design, benefits, payroll, job evaluation, and labor compliance.
• Experience leading regional or global Total Rewards initiatives is preferred.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications are an advantage.
