Are you an Appian Developer looking for your next challenge?
We're looking for 2 Appian Developers to join our team and work on projects within the banking sector, focused on business process automation, application development and digital transformation.
What you'll be doing:
Develop, maintain and enhance Appian applications, including Process Models, Interfaces, Records and Integrations;
Design and develop new Appian applications from scratch, working closely with Business Analysts and technical teams;
Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve bugs across existing banking applications;
Support the development and maintenance of business processes related to mortgage loans, contract amendments, repayments and customer account management;
Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
Support functional and business testing, ensuring application quality and reliability;
Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis and collaborate with application support teams;
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.
What we're looking for:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Appian development;
Strong knowledge of Appian Process Models, SAIL Interfaces, Expression Rules, Records and Integrations;
Solid understanding of BPM concepts and business process automation;
Experience developing, maintaining and troubleshooting Appian applications;
Knowledge of SQL, Java and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations;
Familiarity with Agile methodologies;
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Appian certification (Associate Developer or higher);
Previous experience in banking or financial services;
Knowledge of Blue Prism or other RPA technologies;
Familiarity with Celonis or Process Mining solutions;
Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
