Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced CCM Developer with expertise in Quadient Inspire to join our team for an onsite opportunity in Mississauga, Ontario.

Analyze complex business requirements and prepare technical specifications for document and template development.
Design, develop, and maintain customer communication templates using Quadient Inspire.
Create and enhance print, email, and digital customer correspondence solutions.
Perform unit testing and support integration testing and quality assurance activities.
Review code developed by team members and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
Debug and resolve issues related to document generation, print streams, email communications, dynamic content, and responsive design.
Utilize Quadient Debug and Trace features to troubleshoot and optimize solutions.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality CCM solutions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and development standards.

8–10+ years of experience in Quadient Inspire development.
Hands‑on experience with Quadient Inspire version 11 or higher.
Strong expertise in document composition and customer communications management (CCM).
Experience with data mapping and working with XML, JSON, CSV, and other data formats.
Strong understanding of the document development lifecycle.
Experience performing unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
