We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and manage AI-based projects at our client location. This role involves coordinating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage AI-based projects to meet client objectives and timelines
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
- Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders
- Ensure projects comply with industry standards and best practices
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams
- Strong background in investment banking with understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
