Application Engineer-Senior

Responsibilities:

• Customer daily support on software issue of Advantest SOC test systems in terms of offline and onsite.
• SoC device test solution consultant and solve engineering and production

issues for customers.

• Develop test solution on the V93000 ATE test for Digital, Mixed Signal, High speed and RF application devices.
• SoC device test program hardware interface development on Advantest SoC test systems.
• Document all projects and intellectual knowledge.
• Application training for Advantest SoC test system.
• Communicate with customers to ensure services delivered meet their requirements.
