Application Engineer (SLT/Burn-in)

We are seeking an Application Engineer to provide technical support for System Level Test (SLT) and Burn-in (BI) products, supporting customer NPI, qualification, and deployment activities in Taiwan.
The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to understand technical issues, support problem solving, and contribute to business opportunities and project execution.

Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for SLT and Burn-in systems at customer sites (on-site and remote)
2. Support customer NPI, qualification, and production ramp-up activities
3. Troubleshoot system issues through data analysis and root cause identification
4. Interface with customers to understand requirements and propose technical solutions
5. Coordinate with global engineering teams to resolve technical issues
6. Support pre-sales and post-sales technical activities with BD/Sales teams
7. Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions for customers and internal teams
8. Document issues, solutions, and provide structured technical reports
