Application Support (1 year contract)
- Monitor and maintain application system, including troubleshooting, bug fixing and queries
- Performing daily business process jobs
- Analyze issues in IT systems and provide timely solution. Gather and analyze new user requirements
- Produce functional specification and technical documentation
- System testing and upgrade with regional team
- Work closely with internal Business, IT stakeholders and regional team to ensure the work above are properly delivered
- Provide timely status reporting and risk assessment to IT management
- Production system support during non-office hours if needed
University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline
2 years’ relevant working experience in production system support, and issue management
- Strong Knowledge of MS SQL
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals
Technical experience using relational database, web services, workflow system, intranet portals, Net programming is an advantage
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
