Application Support Engineer
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling L1/L2 support, managing incidents, and conducting root cause analysis. - Provide L1/L2 support and incident management for application issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve application performance problems.

- Deliver effective user training sessions to ensure a smooth user experience.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to enhance application stability.
- Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application support.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of support activities.
- 1-2 years of experience in application support or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices for efficient incident management.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools to track application performance.
- Additional knowledge of PHP, ChatBOT, and RPA is preferred.
