As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling L1/L2 support, managing incidents, and conducting root cause analysis.   • Provide L1/L2 support and incident management for application issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve application performance problems.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Deliver effective user training sessions to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to enhance application stability.
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement ITIL best practices to streamline support processes.
  • Utilize SQL proficiency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in application support.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of support activities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in application support or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for efficient incident management.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools to track application performance.
  • Additional knowledge of PHP, ChatBOT, and RPA is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
