We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience in SAP integrations, AWS data platforms, Python automation, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and troubleshoot SAP Ariba, SAP CPI, Oracle OFM Middleware, Oracle SQL, and file-based integrations.
- Monitor and support data platforms, including SAP BODS replication and AWS data ingestion pipelines.
- Investigate ingestion failures, validate data availability, and resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain Python automation jobs for user lifecycle management, access deprovisioning, and license management.
- Work on ServiceNow catalog item development and automate user access provisioning through Active Directory.
- Coordinate API integrations with ServiceNow developers based on business requirements.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth application and data platform operations.
