Application Support Lead (SAP TM)
Salary: ₱70,000 – ₱100,000 per month
About the role
We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant / Lead with strong expertise in SAP TM and system integration. The successful candidate will serve as an SME and technical lead, providing solutions to complex business and technical requirements while guiding the team toward effective project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Serve as an SME for SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
Lead and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
Provide technical direction and participate in key project decisions
Analyze complex business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
Support SAP TM system integration with other enterprise systems
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
Promote technical best practices, standards, and continuous improvement
Mentor and support team members in developing their technical capabilities
Monitor project progress and identify opportunities to improve delivery timelines and quality
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders
About you
At least 5 years of experience in SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM)
Strong hands-on experience with SAP TM
Solid experience in SAP TM system integration
Strong understanding of transportation management processes and enterprise system integration
Experience in technical solution design and implementation
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience leading or guiding technical teams
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree required
