Hands-on lab and pilot-plant role at GEA's Application and Technology Center in Sarstedt: plans and runs application tests for internal and external customers, cultivates microorganisms/cell cultures, and operates and maintains pilot-scale bioreactors, UHT, homogenizers, separators, filtration and spray-drying equipment, then documents and presents results.
