About the opportunityWe’re looking for an Applications Analyst with practical Dynamics 365 and Power Platform experience to join a collaborative Applications team within a Crown agency.
You’ll support a well-maintained Dynamics 365 Customer Service platform used by the call centre to manage interactions. The platform primarily uses low-code/no-code solutions, giving you the opportunity to combine ongoing support with configuration, automation and smaller development improvements.
What you’ll be doing
- Maintaining and configuring Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including forms, workflows and Dataverse.
- Building and improving Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
- Troubleshooting platform issues and supporting users.
- Delivering smaller enhancements from initial requirements through to production.
- Managing solutions across environments through controlled releases and deployments.
- Supporting integrations, reliable data movement and data quality improvements.
You may have a couple of years’ relevant experience and be ready to take greater ownership within a supportive team. The key is hands-on experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 and Power Platform beyond using the CRM as an end user.
We’re particularly interested in:
- Practical Dynamics 365 configuration and administration experience.
- Experience with Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps and workflow automation.
- An understanding of the software development lifecycle and moving solutions safely into production.
- Confidence troubleshooting issues and seeing changes through from start to finish.
- Clear communication skills and a friendly, collaborative approach.
