WE’RE HIRING: PLACEMENT COORDINATOR / APPOINTMENT SETTER 🌟

At Solvo, we’re looking for a Placement Coordinator (Appointment Setter) to support our Workers’ Compensation Return‑to‑Work Program. This role plays a key part in helping employees transition back into the workforce by coordinating temporary volunteer placements with nonprofit organizations.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Research and identify nonprofit organizations that can participate in the program
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to present the program and secure volunteer opportunities
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments and placements
• Maintain ongoing communication to ensure successful assignments
• Update databases, track leads, and assist with administrative and reporting tasks
• Ensure all documentation complies with program guidelines and confidentiality standards

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of experience in call centers, appointment setting, customer service, outreach, or similar roles (preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, follow‑up, and time‑management abilities
• Confidence making outbound calls and building professional relationships
• Detail‑oriented with a customer‑service mindset
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, email platforms, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office
