Role Purpose

To support the L&D team in creating simple, engaging, and learner-friendly digital learning content by converting L&D content, presentations, and scripts into visually appealing videos using video creation, animation, and design tools, making learning more interactive and easy to understand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Video Creation & Animation

Create engaging learning videos using Vyond/Canva, based on scripts and content provided by the L&D team.

Convert training content and concepts into simple, clear, and easy-to-understand videos.

Create scenes, characters, animations, graphics, transitions, voiceovers, thumbnails, and other visual elements.

Turn text-heavy content into visually appealing and learner-friendly videos.

Add simple scenarios, examples, and dialogues to make learning more engaging.

Edit and improve videos based on feedback from the L&D team.

Ensure videos are accurate, brand-aligned, and delivered on time.

2. Video Editing & Quality Checks

Perform basic video editing, including trimming, transitions, subtitles, audio, and timing.

Review videos for accuracy, quality, spelling/grammar, and alignment with the approved script.

Incorporate feedback and ensure final videos are LMS-ready.

3. L&D Project Support

Support the L&D team in creating digital learning content and maintaining video files, templates, graphics, and other assets.

Track assigned projects, collaborate with the L&D team, and ensure timely delivery of content.



Requirements

Technical Skills

Basic knowledge of video creation, animation, and design tools such as Vyond, Canva, Synthesia, Camtasia, PowerPoint, or similar tools, with an understanding of multimedia files.


Creative Skills

Strong visual sense and creativity, with the ability to turn information into simple, engaging visuals and well-designed content.


Learning & Communication Skills

Good communication and understanding of learning objectives, with the ability to simplify information into clear, engaging content, attention to detail, and openness to feedback.


Desired Profile


Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Design, Animation, Multimedia, Media, or a related field.

Strong interest in digital learning, animation, video and visual content creation, with good presentation skills.

Creative, adaptable, willing to learn new tools, and open to feedback.

Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Portfolio/sample work in Canva, Vyond, video, or visual content is preferred.
