Essential criteria

1. 12 years experience within Salesforce eco-system.

2. Certified Salesforce Admin.

3. Enthusiasm towards continued learning and development.

4. Strong customer-focused attitude with proven track record of responsive, effective. communication, and the ability to empathise with and prioritise customer needs.

5. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly explanations and solutions.

6. Demonstrable strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills, patience, and an understanding of how their role impacts the overall customer experience is essential.

Desirable criteria

1. Experience in designing, building and debugging Flows, including screen, auto launched, and scheduled Flows with knowledge of error handling and optimising Flows will be highly regarded.

2. Hands on experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments, and exposure and/or hands on experience with Vlocity/OmniStudio.

3. Works within an Agile delivery methodology.

4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
