British Swim School of Arlington, South Grand Prairie, and Mansfield
British Swim School of Arlington, South Grand Prairie, and Mansfield
Our mission is clear: stop drownings and create confident, happy swimmers as quickly and safely as possible. As we scale to multiple pools in Arlington & Grand Prairie, we need a hands-on leader who can (1) keep a pool running smoothly every shift, and (2) own the back-office tasks that make the customer experience seamless. You’ll replace many of the owners’ current duties and become their “eyes and ears” at one location while helping drive the metrics on our weekly scorecard.
