Archi Coordinator
Summary
Oversee architectural finishes, review drawings, and coordinate site work to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in Singapore construction projects.
- Oversee all architectural finishes works on site
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings
- Carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members and sub-contractors to resolve related issues.
- Ensure quality of work is compliance with safety regulations.
- Minimum a Diploma in Architectural or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years' of working experience in local architectural works is required
- Knowledge in CONQUAS scheme
- Able to lead and work independently
