M&E Coordinator
Summary
Coordinates mechanical and electrical (M&E) services for construction projects, ensuring compliance with designs and specifications while managing subcontractors and site progress.
Job Description:
- Assist Project Manager in supervision and coordination of all MEP services and complete within the program
- Liaise with clients and consultants on work progress
- Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
- Understand the main contract and sub-contract requirement
- Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines
- Manage M&E sub-contractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approval
- Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
- Ensure testing and commissioning are done on time
- Ensure good quality of works on site
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering/Building Services/Environment Engineering or any relevant qualification
- Minimum 3 years in Singapore construction projects
- Positive attitude and a team player
- Detail oriented and excellent organization skills
