Architect
Summary
Designs and documents architectural plans using BIM/Revit and AutoCAD for multidisciplinary projects, with a preference for aviation (airport) experience.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our Architecture team. The ideal candidate should have strong design and technical skills, hands-on experience in BIM/Revit, and the ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects. Candidates with aviation (airport) project experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs, drawings, and construction documentation.
- Prepare BIM/Revit models and coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines.
- Produce design presentations, reports, and technical specifications.
- Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve technical issues.
- Support project delivery from concept through construction.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (BIM) and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of BIM workflows and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Good understanding of building construction, materials, and relevant codes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and project delivery.
- Experience in consultancy firms will be preferred.
