We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on BI Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Fabric and Power BI to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect modern Business Intelligence and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.

  • Define and implement enterprise data architectures, including Lakehouse, data warehouse, and semantic layer designs.

  • Develop and optimize semantic models, datasets, measures, and calculations using advanced DAX techniques.

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration frameworks.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into robust BI solutions.

  • Establish data modeling standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for analytics platforms.

  • Drive end-to-end performance optimization across data ingestion, storage, transformation, semantic models, and reporting layers.

  • Implement and promote data governance, security, data quality, and compliance standards across the BI ecosystem.

  • Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to development teams and BI engineers.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the organization's data and analytics strategy.

  • Support solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

  • Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation roadmaps.

  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of data platforms and reporting solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 7+ years of experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, or Analytics Engineering roles.

  • Proven hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Fabric.

  • Strong expertise in Power BI, including report development, semantic modeling, workspace architecture, and administration.

  • Experience designing and implementing Lakehouse architectures and modern data platforms.

  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, data modeling, and performance tuning techniques.

  • Strong experience with ETL/ELT patterns, data integration, and orchestration frameworks.

  • Solid understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas.

  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and optimizing analytics performance.

  • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation and query optimization.

  • Ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders and communicate complex concepts effectively.
