Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Process Mapping

• Process Assessment: Lead AS-IS and TO-BE manufacturing process evaluations and perform fit-to-standard analyses.
• Functional Architecture: Translate complex manufacturing workflows into robust DELMIA Apriso functional designs.
• Design Documentation: Own functional and conceptual design specifications, including FRDs (Functional Requirement Documents) and CDDs (Conceptual Design Documents).

Core Domain & System Integration

• Manufacturing Scope: Cover functional requirements across Production, Quality, Warehouse/Inventory, Maintenance, and Traceability/Genealogy.
• Integration Scoping: Define functional interface requirements connecting Apriso with ERP (SAP), PLM, and shop-floor automation systems.
• Global Template Management: Leverage Apriso Global Process Manager (GPM) to govern global-template and site-variant deployments.

Delivery & Deployment Support

• Validation & Testing: Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• Rollout Execution: Drive go-live activities, hypercare support, and multi-site template rollouts.

Requirements

• Proven track record in functional assessment, design, and implementation of DELMIA Apriso MES solutions.
• Deep knowledge of shop-floor processes (Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Traceability).
• Hands-on experience with Apriso Global Process Manager (GPM) and global-template / site-variant strategies.
• Strong background defining functional integration specs for SAP/ERP, PLM, and legacy systems.
• Practical experience leading SIT/UAT validation phases through to multi-site go-live delivery.
