Architect / Interior Design Lead (Fit-Out FFE)
Lead the design function from first client contact to project handover. The role turns client requirements into compelling design proposals, supports the conversion of leads into awarded projects, and protects design intent through procurement and site execution.

Skills
• Bachelor's degree in architecture or interior architecture
• 5–8 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out, with at least 3+ years in the Qatar/ GCC
• A portfolio of executed fit-out projects (office, hospitality, retail or similar)
• Software: AutoCAD (expert), SketchUp, 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Revit; Enscape, Lumion or D5 is a plus; Adobe Photoshop and InDesign; MS Office
• Working knowledge of FFE specification, materials and finishes
• Strong client-facing presentation skills and fluent English and Arabic
• Transferable visa and immediate availability preferred
