Architect or Civil Engineer

We are looking for a motivated architect with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience to join us full time. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and capable of showing initiative, as well as able to work in a team and independently.

What the role includes:

• Tracking progress and quality of projects by going on-site visits, and ensuring that time frames agreed with clients are respected
• Handling small projects from beginning to end with a team of sub-contractors
• Quantity take-off, drawing reviews, specifications & BOQ prior to sending them to contractors
• Preparation of drawings and documents for tender phases

Qualifications:

• Architecture degree
• At least 2 years of experience in architectural designs and drawings
• Advanced knowledge of Autocad
• Solid experience in site construction
• Solid experience in tender works / BOQ
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office (excel, ppt, Microsoft project)
• Strong project management and planning skills
• Strong attentiveness to detail
• Strong organizational skills
