Job Description

As an Architect at ARCHORP, you'll be crucial in driving our innovative projects forward. Based in our Colombo office, you'll collaborate remotely with our team in Dubai, ensuring seamless integration and progress on all fronts. You will collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of Architects and Engineers to design and deliver exceptional architectural solutions. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating sustainable, functional, and aesthetically pleasing spaces that cater to our client's needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture or related field.

• Proven experience as an Architect, with a minimum of 5 years of

professional practice.

•Proficiency in Revit and BIM360 will be given high priority, expertise in industry- standard design software

Strong creative and technical skills, with an eye for detail.

• Excellent project management and communication abilities.

• Strong English language proficiency is required for effective communication.

Required Skills

Concept Design, Schematic Design, Detail Design and Construction Documents.

Take the lead in technical matters as well as project management.

Provide design solutions and leading the project(s) from inception to various stages until handover.

Specification writing, up-to-date knowledge of materials and their applications.

Partake in the production of drawings at all stages. Lead/supervise other team members during design presentation in all project stages.

Expertise in Revit & BIM.

Skills Expected

Software skills which include Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.

Presentation skills including PowerPoint, In Design, Illustrator, Adobe suite.

Analytical mind with strong problem-solving ability
