Architectural Coordinator, Main-Contractor
Summary
Coordinates architectural trades on construction sites, managing schedules, materials, and compliance with specifications while supervising subcontractors.
- Support site coordination for Architectural trades, collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site
- Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.
- Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and review of a construction management plan, supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with architectural specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Architectural or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience.
- Able to lead the sub-contractors to ensure smooth progress of works, high quality standards and minimal defects.
