Architectural Engineer.

- Islandwide
- Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm
Your Responsibilities: -
- Manage architectural work scheduling, material requisitions, cost control, and project documentation.
- Review architectural drawings and identify discrepancies between architectural, structural, M&E, and client-provided works.
- Oversee on-site architectural matters, quality control, and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct site supervision and coordinate architectural works with relevant project teams.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved specifications, standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare required project reports and liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities.
You will need: -
- Dip / Degree in Architectural/ Building Engineering or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the same position.
- Able to use Microsoft Project, AutoCAD.
- Experience in HDB BTO project will be preferred
