Architectural Manager (HDB/Condo/Landed Projects)
- Lead the architectural design team and oversee design development.
- Ensure designs comply with regulatory requirements and client expectations.
- Review design proposals and provide innovative solutions for complex projects.
- Coordinate with consultants and project managers for smooth design integration.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture with strong technical knowledge.
- At least 4 years’ experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed developments.
- Strong project management and client coordination skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent.
