Area Business Manager - WC-SALARIED PL AND WORKING CAPITAL-Sales
As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue. You will manage a team of sales professionals, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management. Your role will involve building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and target potential clients, especially in the WC-Salaried PL segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership and business development.
- Strong knowledge of working capital and salaried PL products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
