Customer experience

Ensure a high standard of customer service across all outlets.
Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor online reviews and feedback to improve guest satisfaction.

Brand & quality compliance

Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team for local store promotions and events.
Maintain visual merchandising and food presentation standards.
