Area Manager

• Drive revenue generation, new customer acquisition, and overall sales targets for multiple branches.
  
  
• Supervise daily administrative and operational functions, ensuring adherence to company policies and audit standards.
  
  
• Guide and motivate Branch Managers and sales staff, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement training programs.
  
  
• Monitor loan processing, maintain asset quality, control Non-Performing Assets (NPAs), and improve collection efficiency.
  
  
• Conduct market scoping, analyze local trends, and initiate promotional campaigns to increase market share.
  
  

Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
  
• Experience: 7+ years in NBFC, BFSI, Gold Loan, or Investment sector
