We're looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead multiple beauty & wellness outlets, drive sales performance, and develop high-performing retail teams.

What You'll Do

• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets across multiple outlets.
• Coach and mentor Centre Managers to improve sales, productivity and customer experience.
• Analyse sales performance, KPIs and forecasts to maximise business opportunities.
• Ensure operational excellence, inventory control and compliance with SOPs.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, promotions and events.
• Develop and retain high-performing teams through coaching and succession planning.

What We're Looking For

• 5-8 years' experience in retail operations, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or salon industry.
• Strong track record in multi-outlet sales management and team leadership.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Customer-focused, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
